Mazzaglia defense team to depose Dover police detective
DOVER — The defense team for Seth Mazzaglia, the Dover man accused of killing University of New Hampshire student Elizabeth Marriott in 2012, will be able to depose a Dover police detective who facilitated a recorded one-party interview between a material witness and Mazzaglia's girlfriend after the death, despite missing an agreed-upon deadline with the state.
