Wanted Derry man surrenders in Portsmouth

PORTSMOUTH — A Derry man accused of two felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault turned himself in to Portsmouth police Wednesday.

Vincent A. Pittore, 18, of 213 Bypass 28 in Derry, is scheduled to be arraigned Friday via video from Rockingham County House of Correction, where he is being held on $100,000 cash bail, according to the Portsmouth Police Department.

Police continue to ask for the public’s help in finding a second man in the case. Zachary J. Patterson, 19, of 10 Twins Road in Raymond, is accused of interference with custody, reckless conduct, transportation of alcoholic beverages, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to the police arrest warrant.

Anyone with information related to the case is asked to contact Portsmouth Police Det. Kristyn Bernier at (603) 610-7529.
