2 charged in Nashua thefts


NASHUA — Police arrested two men on theft charges in unrelated cases involving stolen jewelry and a pouch of cash taken from a local restaurant.

John Brinley of 100 Brook St., Apt. 1, Manchester, is charged with theft by unauthroized taking, a Class B felony. He is accused of stealing about $1,100 worth of jewelry from a South End residence.

Jimmie McNeil, 49, of 46 Spring St., was arrested on a warrant charging him with theft, also a Class B felony. He is accused of taking a cash pouch containing more than $1,000 from a local restaurant.
