All rise for his honor's open house
The open house is planned for 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Jan. 30 at the Lebanon Courthouse, 38 Centerra Parkway.
Cirone has practiced law since 1973 and continuously in Lebanon since he moved to New Hampshire in 1974. He first lived in Canaan and now lives in Lebanon.
"I'm certainly proud of that," Cirone said.
Since the position only requires two to three days a week on the bench, depending on the case load, Cirone continued his law practice after being appointed to the court by Gov. John Sununu in 1988.
"I have always been a firm believer in public service and commitment to my community and region, and from my perspective this would be a wonderful opportunity to further those interests and to continue in the law in a different way. Continue to be a lawyer and have what I thought would be a positive impact on my region," Cirone said. "It certainly lived up to my expectations to being in involved with my community and my region and I hope continue both."
Light refreshments will be served at the open house courtesy of the Grafton County Bar Association.
