Nashua North’s Zakari Jenkins wins at Dartmouth Relays

Zakari Jenkins of Nashua North captured the 300-meter dash in the 45th Dartmouth Relays at Leverone Field House at Dartmouth College in Hanover over the weekend.
Jenkins, a junior, finished first in 36.06.
In the high jump, Lebanon’s John Cioffredi won with a 6-6 leap ahead of runner-up Keelan McCoole of Bedford at 6-4.
In the pole vault, Alex Tamulonis of Milford was third at 13-6.
On the girls’ side, Bishop Guertin senior Molly McCabe won the 800-meter run in 2:14.14.
For the boys in the 600-meter run, Connor Kwiecien of Pinkerton Academy of Derry finished third in 1:23.85 and, Tommy Harter of Winnacunnet of Hampton was fourth in 1:24.13. Josh Fontaine of Lebanon was third in the two-mile event in 9:52.98. In the 4 x 200-meter relay,
Nashua North was second in 1:35.81 behind the collective efforts of William Goulding, Chad Saint-Amant, Michael Pagan and Jenkins.
On the girls’ side in the 300-meter dash, Hannah Parker of Coe-Brown Academy of Northwood was second in the 1000-meter run in 3:00.32.
Shannon Murdock of Exeter was second in the one-mile run in 5:06.96. Anika Hibbard of Bedford was second in the high jump in 5-4.
Sydney Petersen of Exeter was third in 42:06. Placing third in the two-mile run was Emma Newton of Hollis/Brookline in 11:08.43.
In the 4 x 800-meters the Coe-Brown team placed fifth in 10:02.41 behind the foursome of Parker, Meg Scannell, Katie Scannell and Elisabeth Danis.
