Tirson Julleo Soto 

Soto, 47 or 48, is wanted on warrants from New Hampshire State Police for escape. In 2000, Soto walked away from the minimum-security prison in Laconia, where he was serving a sentence for a conviction on three counts of cocaine sales. Soto is described as 5-feet-10, 180 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He is a native of the Dominican Republic.

The U.S. Marshals Service advises the public not to attempt to apprehend a fugitive, who should be considered armed and dangerous. Instead, report any information to the U.S. Marshals Service’s Concord office at 225-1632.
