Nashua man admits slashing
NASHUA — A Nashua man pleaded guilty Tuesday in Hillsborough Superior Court South to slashing another man with a weapon last year.
Jose Montalvo-Rivera, 3 Commercial St., was given a suspended sentence of two to four years in state prision. He was also given credit for 57 days of pretrial confinement, according to court records.
Montalvo-Rivera used a weapon to slash the arm of another man. The incident occurred May 5 at Commercial Street in Nashua, according to the indictment.
