Contractor still waiting to be paid for electrical work at new $2.5M liquor store in Chesterfield




The Amers said the missing $42,000 has meant a rough few months scrambling to pay their bills. While they say they’re now back on good footing with their business vendors, for a while they were concerned they could not pay for supplies. “The state has made it impossible for us,” said Elaine Amer. “We are lucky we are still in business.”
