60th: Mr. and Mrs. Collins

AUBURN - Mr. and Mrs. Robert Collins of Auburn will celebrate their 60th anniversary on Jan. 1, 2014.
Mr. Collins and the former Martha Lee Eaton met in college and were married in the Presbyterian Church in Oakmont, Pa.
They have two children, Rob Collins of Ponte Vedra, Fla., and Bonnie Boucher and husband Norm of Auburn.
The Collins have three grandchildren, Brendan and wife Courtney of Casselberry, Fla., Megan Dumont and husband Brent of Haverhill, Mass., and Moira Boucher of Manchester.
Brendan and Courtney presented them with their first great-granddaughter, Kinsey, in May of 2012.
Mr. Collins spent most of his career in the defense industry as a field engineer, retiring from Unisys and starting his own corporation in 1989.
Mrs. Collins retired from the Hooksett school system after 20 years as the librarian and also working with special needs students.
A family dinner will be held at the Common Man restaurant in Concord over the holidays. The entire family planned to spend Christmas and New Year's Day together.
