West Side bridge reopens to traffic following water main break repairs

The Biron Bridge on the city's West Side has reopened, after it was closed to traffic for much of Thursday due to a water main break.

The break occurred Thursday morning. The bridge was reopened to traffic about 9:20 p.m. Thursday night.

There are two mains beneath the road, a 16-inch main and a 12-inch main. One of them developed a long crack in it.
