Police seek 2 men who fired shots into air at restaurant

MANCHESTER - Unruly patrons unhappy about being thrown out of Don Quijote's Restaurant early Saturday fired gunshots in the air.

Police are asking for the public's help in finding the two men who fired weapons in the parking after being removed from the 333 Valley St. restaurant about 1:15 a.m., prompting passersby to scatter and run for cover.The first man to pull out a handgun fired at least one round in the air as he stood outside the front entrance, police said. Restaurant staff subdued him when his companion pulled out what is believed to be a revolver and fired it into the air.Both men ran away. Police recovered one .40 caliber shell casing from the parking lot.

The first man is described as a Hispanic male in his 20s, 5-foot-3 to 5-foot-4 inches tall, with a thin build. He had long, braided hair and wore a black T-shirt and jeans.The second man is described as 26 to 27 years old, Hispanic, about 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-7 inches tall, 150 to 160 pounds. He wore a blue sweatshirt with white lettering.
