Nashua distillery opens with a white whiskey




Andy Harthcock designed and built a 20-foot-tall fractionating column so Djinn Spirits, a new company founded by Harthcock and his wife, Cindy, can make high-alcohol vodka and gin, or lower-alcohol liquors such as whiskey (no more than 160 proof) that are aged in oak casks.
