Mass. man accused in sex assault of teen in Nashua
NASHUA — A Massachusetts man is under arrest, charged with nine felonies related to the sexual assault of a teenage girl he knows.
Patrick Potter, 23, of Lowell was arrested in Lowell as a fugitive from justice. He waived extradition and was brought back to New Hampshire by Nashua officers where he was charged with two counts of felonious sexual assault and nine charges of endangering the welfare of a child.
Police opened an investigation in August after receiving a report that Potter allegedly sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl. Detectives learned Potter allegedly solicited the girl for sex multiple times online and in person in June and then, over the summer, had sex with her twice at a residence in South Nashua.
