Judge upholds $10.5M ruling against Karl Hahn

PORTSMOUTH — A federal judge upheld an order mandating former millionaire investment broker Karl Hahn pay $10.5 million in damages to local filmmaker Chase Bailey for bilking Bailey through investment schemes. The order from the U.S. District Court of New Hampshire states Hahn must pay Bailey $4.1 million in compensatory damages, plus $6.4 million in punitive damages.
