Marisa Claire Bartels of Manchester and Daniel Paul Crowther of Northampton, Mass., were married in a double-ring ceremony by the Rev. Dianne E. Arakawa at Kings Chapel in Boston.
The bride is the daughter of Dr. James and Kathy Bartels of Manchester. The groom is the son of Geoff and Sally Crowther of Northhampton.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
The maid of honor was Meghan Bartels. Other bridal attendants were Whitney Berdy, Sarah Craig, Kate Crowther, Sarah Mailloux and Fiona Michelson.
The best man was Matthew Courtney. Ushers were Jack Bartels, Patrick Bartels, Christopher Jasinski, Michael Jasinski and Christopher Wilson.
An evening reception was held at The Omni Parker Hotel in Boston. After a honeymoon in Puerto Rico, the couple will live in Salem, Mass.
The bride graduated from Trinity High School, the University of Rhode Island and Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professionals. She is a registered nurse at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, Jamaica Plain, Mass.
The bridegroom graduated from Wilbraham and Monson Academy, Wilbraham, Mass., and attended the University of Massachusetts, Boston. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps, and is director of business development at DockYard, LLC, a software design development firm in Boston.
