College Football: UNH overwhelms Lafayette in FCS first round

DURHAM -- Sean Goldrich threw for 267 yards and two touchdowns and Dalton Crossan had a rushing touchdown and a receiving touchdown as the University of New Hampshire blasted Lafayette, 45-7, on Saturday in the first round of the Football Championship Subdivision playoffs.
The win sets up a rematch next week with arch-rival Maine. The Wildcats (8-4) beat the Black Bears, 24-3, last week to complete their late-season run into their 10th straight playoff berth.
Nico Steriti and Chris Setian also had rushing TDs for UNH, while RJ Harris caught the other TD pass from Goldrich.
