Non-lawyer daughter of woman, 83, argues appeal of eviction before NH Supreme Court

Leona J. Berger, 83, awaits a ruling from the N.H. Supreme Court after the five justices heard oral arguments Wednesday afternoon. They will decide whether Berger can stay in her home of 27 years in the Well Hill Co-op in Alstead. Bergerís daughter, Shelley L. Crosby, who is not a lawyer, argued on her motherís behalf before the court.
