Stickney was injured on Oct. 12 when his car struck a concrete retaining wall head-on between turn 3 and 4.
The 34-year-old who has raced throughout the Northeast for more than 20 years broke his neck in multiple places and after being hospitalized in Boston is now at home and must wear a neck brace.
“I had doctors tell me that I was unbelievably close to being paralyzed,” said Stickney, who drives a roadrunner/outlaw mini stock race car.
Brown said her 24-year-old son, Bill Osborne, is also a racer and is close to Stickney.
Tonight’s fundraiser will include a live band, food and raffles. Tickets will be available at the door.
