Anne Y. Boisvert of Litchfield and Max B. Gates of Norwood, Mass., were married in a double-ring ceremony by the Rev.

Anselm Smedile, OSB, at Saint Anselm Abbey Church, Goffstown.

The bride is the daughter of Gerald E. and Joanne Boisvert of Litchfield. The bridegroom is the son of Richard and Deborah Gates of Norwood.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

The maid of honor was Dr.

Susan Boisvert of Litchfield, sister of the bride. Other bridal attendants were Katherine Kullberg of Plymouth, Mass., sister of the groom, Jennifer Adams of Merrimack and Michele Hayes of Nashua.

The best man was Paul OShea of Lynnfield, Mass.

Ushers were Josh Gates of Foxboro, Mass., brother of the groom, and Gregory Kullberg of Plymouth, Mass., brother-in-law of the groom.

A reception was held at the Currier Museum of Art, Manchester.

After a honeymoon in Turkey, the couple will live in Somerville, Mass.

The bride graduated from Manchester Memorial High School, Saint Anselm College, the University of New Hampshire and Boston University. She is an electronics engineer with the U.S. Department of Transportation/ Volpe Center, Cambridge, Mass.
