Is your church legal?

GOFFSTOWN — Are you a moderator, clerk, trustee, deacon, chair of a committee, board, or council, pastor, or other church leader?

If so, bring your church bylaws, an agenda, minutes, and a financial report so you can critique them during a workshop Saturday, Nov. 9, from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. at Goffstown Christian Fellowship, 67 Henry Bridge Road.

Rev. Dr. Lori Wiley, parliamentarian and trained transitional pastor, dean of the Institute for Learning of Vermont and New Hampshire, will present.

The Institute for Learning provides workshops and courses for enrichment in understanding the Christian faith, adult education in how to become a more effective leader working with the pastor, and offers a preparation program for entering the ministry. This workshop is open to the public and people of all beliefs.
