Pelham man charged with firing handgun out window

PELHAM — A Pelham man is facing reckless conduct charges after he allegedly fired a gun out the front window of a Fairview Drive Home.

About 8 p.m. on Wednesday, police responded to a domestic disturbance call on Fairview Drive, according to police Lt. Brian McCarthy.

The woman at the home told police that she and her husband had a verbal argument that escalated and that her husband, James Spaziano, had fired a pellet gun inside the home.

“A further investigation revealed that the weapon was not a pellet gun, but a 9-millimeter handgun,” said McCarthy. “Officers also discovered that the weapon was fired out the front window of the residence.”
Spaziano was arrested and charged with reckless conduct. He was taken to the Pelham Police Station and then to the Valley Street Jail in Manchester.

Spaziano was arraigned on the charge in Salem District Court on Thursday morning.
