Attorneys are back in court over whether testimony from fire science experts will be allowed in the trial of a former Keene man accused of setting a 1989 apartment blaze that killed a family of four. The trial of David B. McLeod, 57, of Sacramento, Calif., is slated to start Dec. 2 in Cheshire County Superior Court in Keene.
