The truly interesting little tidbit about the hire, isn’t that he worked at Apple or Ford, it’s that he worked at Segway, the gawky two-wheeled transportation device that was supposed to revolutionize the way we get around, but has turned into little more than a goofy bicycle with an axle that some poor New York City cops get stuck riding on in Times Square subways.
