Amy Bassett of DRED said said they've entered into an agreement with Hampton that allows town police to dole out the fines and collect all of the revenue. Fines are divided into three tiers: Tier 1 violations merit a $25 fine and $50 for subsequent offenses; Tier 2 is $50 and $100 for subsequent offenses; and Tier 3 is $100 and $250.
