Lawyer for suspected killer cites Supreme Court ruling in dog alert that led to search, arrest

The lawyer for Christopher Gay says the U.S. Supreme Court ruled earlier this year that police cannot bring a drug-sniffing dog onto a person's property to look for evidence without first getting a search warrant.
