NHL: League not moving fast enough on concussions

An ugly incident in the United States Hockey League last week in which B.C. native Dylan Chanter hit his bare head on the ice during a game. Chanter, playing for Dubuque and committed to the University of New Hampshire, immediately went into a horrifying seizure that lasted, according to reports, at least two minutes.
