900 Degrees pizza restaurant to open next week in Epping
The 5,000-square-foot restaurant is set to open early next week in the Brickyard Square shopping center, but an exact date hasn't been set.
Workers spent Thursday putting the final touches on the restaurant that will become the second location for owner Priscilla Lane-Rondeau of Manchester.
"You can get pizza in a number of places, but the ingredients and the pizza we do is different than what you normally find," said Jon Flebotte, the restaurant's general manager.
The restaurant is located in an end unit of a retail building in the shopping plaza at the junction of routes 125 and 101 that's home to Market Basket, Marshalls, Michaels, and several other retailers.
900 Degrees hoped to open Oct. 1, but the opening was delayed a bit. Flebotte said that delay helped the restaurant get its 65 employees in place and ready for next week's opening.
