RIZZUTO 

The U.S. Marshals Service District of New Hampshire/Joint Fugitive Task Force has named Sean Michael Rizzuto as New Hampshire's fugitive of the week.

Rizzuto, 40, is wanted on warrants from the state parole board for parole violations stemming from an original conviction and sentence for fraud. Rizzuto was last known to live in Derry, and also has extensive ties in the Boston area.

Rizzuto has a prior conviction for firearm possession and should be considered armed and dangerous. He is described as 5-feet-9, 175 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He has scars on his arm and groin, and discoloration on his nose.

He has used the aliases Frank Bowman, Timothy Gagnon, Sean Magee and John Rizzuto.

The U.S. Marshals Service advises the public not to attempt to apprehend a fugitive, who should be considered armed and dangerous. Instead, report any information to the U.S. Marshals Service's Concord office at 225-1632.
