Court stops eviction, says Citizens Bank acted in bad faith, sent disabled man on 'Kafkaesque' foreclosure runaround
CONWAY – Citizens Bank was prevented from evicting a disabled man from his home when a judge ruled that the bank acted in 'bad faith' during a foreclosure action. Michael Thurston says he was eager to catch up on some missed payments but the bank refused the money and sent him on a "Kafkaesque" runaround.
