NHSUPCO to hear appeal of lawmaker ordered to reimburse $127K

CONCORD — A lawsuit filed by state Rep. Tim Copeland was permanently injured by a cocaine-fueled driver who crashed into him while he was working as a state liquor enforcement officer in 2005 and McKittrick Law represented him in his workers' compensation claim and personal injury claim. The lawsuit focuses mostly on $127,000 that Copeland was required to reimburse the state in workers' compensation.
