Goffstown man charged with Saturday assault
GOFFSTOWN — A Goffstown man faces assault charges following an altercation on Main Street Saturday night.
Goffstown police say George A. Crispo, 52, of Goffstown punched Timothy Curtis, 46, also of Goffstown around 6:50 p.m. Saturday near 23 Main St. Curtis was taken to Catholic Medical Center in Manchester with non-life threatening injuries. He was treated and released.
Police charged Crispo with second-degree assault and simple assault. Goffstown police would not say if alcohol was a factor in the dispute.
Crispo was held overnight at the Hillsborough County jail on Valley Street in Manchester on $7,500 cash bail. He will be arraigned today in the 9th Circuit Court.
