Vermont man dies in single-car crash in Lebanon
LEBANON — A Vermont man died Friday after suffering from an apparent medical condition that caused him to crash his car on Interstate 89, according to state police.
Police said Victor Kalina, 68, of Windsor, Vt., was found in his 2008 Toyota Prius, which was resting on a rocky embankment between the northbound and southbound lanes of the highway. He was taken to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Kalina may have suffered “some type of medical condition” before the accident, police said in a release.
