Fugitive arrested in Keene

KEENE - This week's "Fugitive of the Week," is in custody, arrested Thursday night in a Winchester Street parking lot.

Timothy Joseph Dobias, 26, was arrested without incident by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. He was unarmed.

Dobias was wanted on warrants from Keene police for heroin sales and Troy police for failure to maintain his sex-offender registration.

He is being held at the Cheshire County jail pending a court hearing.
