Peterborough pair charged with identity, credit card fraud

PETERBOROUGH — Police say a Peterborough duo are behind identity and credit card frauds that happened in the Peterborough, Hillsborough, Milford, Amherst and Nashua.

Anthony Heppe, 21, of Old Dublin Road has been arrested and charged with two counts of identity fraud, a Cclass A felony, for using stolen credit cards at a Red Box kiosk outside of the CVS Pharmacy on Route 101 and online at for many purchases there as well, Police Chief Scott Guinard said in press release Thursday.

Heppe will be arraigned at the 8th Circuit Court District Division in Jaffrey Nov. 4.

Police are also seeking his alleged accomplice, 22-year-old Erin Bishop of Wilder Street.

Police have issued a warrant for her arrest, charging her with identity fraud, a class A felony, for using stolen credit cards at the Big Apple Convenience Store on Route 101 as well as the Red Box at CVS and with Heppe, purchasing items online through at Heppe’s Old Dublin Road home.
Guinard said police investigated numerous incidents of identity fraud and fraudulent use of credit cards in Peterborough, Hillsborough, Milford, Amherst and Nashua before making the arrest and issuing the arrest warrant.
Police believe Heppe and Bishop had used the stolen cards in Hillsborough, Milford, Amherst and Nashua as well and have notified those agencies, Guinard said.
