Hudson treat box found at high school with caution

HUDSON -- Police called in assistance from the Nashua Police Department Hazardous Device Unit after a suspicious device was found in a parking lot at Alvirne High School Monday evening.

Hudson police officers responded to the high school parking lot to investigate an unidentified metal box in teh center of the parking lot behind the school.

Members of the Nashua squad inspected the device. Hudson officials said members of the unit "disrupted" the device to make it safe. It was then inspected and determined to be "not suspicious."
