DOVER — Seth Mazzaglia, the Dover man charged with killing University of New Hampshire student Elizabeth Marriott in October of last year, has been indicted on a charge of conspiracy to commit hindering apprehension or prosection for the crime of murder by agreeing with Kathryn McDonough, 19, also of Dover, to a number of elements in the case after Marriott's death.
