Nashua janitors lose bid to bar volunteers from painting murals in city schools


 




NASHUA – Although two city Board of Education members felt the school district’s custodians’ union had a valid point in its grievance over volunteers being allowed to paint classrooms, they ended up in the minority Monday night as the full board voted 7-2 to uphold Superintendent Mark Conrad’s earlier rejection of the grievance.
