Trey Scott scored three touchdowns and ran for 125 yards as Spaulding High School defeated Nashua North Friday night, 26-0, in a Division I football contest in Rochester.

After a Scott one-yard touchdown run made it 6-0, North let the ensuing kickoff sit on the field and Spaulding recovered on the 16. Scott scored again six plays later on a two-yard run to make it 13-0 at the half.

Spaulding closed the game with two TDs in the fourth, another from Scott and one from Tyler Snow (47-yard run). Spaulding moved to 2-1 and North fell to 0-3.

Division I

Nashua South 38, Timberlane 13:
At Nashua, the game was tight into the second quarter, but South was able to pull away as the game wore on. Trevor Knight had two touchdown passes and two more rushing scores for South (3-0). Timberlane of Plaistow fell to 1-2.

Concord 55, Merrimack 0: At Merrimack, Crimson Tide wide receiver Seimou Smith had three catches for 90 yards and a touchdown from Robbie Law as Concord rolled to 3-0. Merrimack fell to 2-1. Alvirne 42, Dover 32: At Hudson, Dover led 21-0 before Alvirne turned up the heat. Something had to give for the winless teams as Alvirne improved to 1-2 and Dover fell to 0-3.

Division II

Portsmouth 48, Merrimack Valley 14:
At Portsmouth, the Clippers led 14-0 less than a minute into play thanks to a Jake Becker kickoff return for touchdown and then a one-yard Becker TD after a Jake Young interception. Mikel Toar's 15-yard run pushed the lead to 21-0, still in the first and the Clippers (2-1) were off and running. Portsmouth quarterback Donovan Phanor threw for three touchdowns and ran for another. Merrimack Valley fell to 2-1, getting contributions from Tucker Burt (12-yard rushing TD) and Blake Gaboriault (65-yard TD run).

Milford 48, ConVal 0: Evan Perron (eight carries, 143 yards and two touchdowns) and Mitchell Banuskevich (nine carries for 92 yards and two TDs) paved the way as Milford improved to 2-1 and ConVal fell to 0-3.

Division III

Epping/Newmarket 20, Raymond 12:
At Raymond, Nick Carleton ran for two touchdowns to help Epping/Newmarket raise its Division III record to 2-1. Joe Leclerc added a fourth-quarter TD run for Epping/Newmarket. Raymond dropped to 0-3.
