ACCASHIAN 

Parkland names Accashian as CEO

DERRY — Parkland Medical Center has named Chris Accashian its new chief executive officer. Accashian comes from Hospital Corp. of America's Capital Division, headquartered in Richmond, Va. There he served as chief operating officer of Retreat Doctors' Hospital. Prior to that, he served as the associate administrator for Henrico Doctors' Hospital, also in Richmond.

Accashian earned a master of health administration degree from Virginia Commonwealth University where he was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, a Medline scholar and chapter president of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from the University of Virginia.

Cook named COO at Monadnock Family Services

KEENE — Monadnock Family Services, a nonprofit agency dedicated to treating individuals with mental health issues, named Katherine Cook as the agency's new chief operating officer. Cook brings more than 15 years of experience in the field of behavioral health services and most recently served as director of child and family services at the agency.

As COO, Cook has responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and operations of all agency programs and services. She will also oversee regulatory aspects of all services and will assure clinical quality of all programs and administrative functions that are critical to smooth operations.

Cook has a bachelor of arts degree in social work from Cleveland State University and a master of social science administration from Case Western Reserve University. She also completed a certificate program in primary care behavioral health from the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

Kleossum promotes Consentino to GM

NORTH CONWAY — Kleossum advisors, an independent financial advisory firm, promoted Matthew Consentino has been promoted to general manager. In his new role, Consentino is responsible for managing Kleossum's day-to-day operations, supporting the firm's investment advisors, and providing client service.

Before joining Kleossum in 2011, Consentino worked in both sales and the financial services industry, holding management positions with American Express Financial Advisors/Ameriprise Financial and John Hancock.

Consentino graduated from Suffolk University in Boston with a degree in business management.

Frechette joins wedu as digital marketing manager

MANCHESTER — Digital marketing agency wedü has appointed Marc Frechette as digital marketing manager. He will be responsible for digital and social media strategy; social community development and engagement; as well as digital advertising and search engine optimization (SEO) for the agency and its clients.

A New Hampshire native, Frechette holds a degree in communications and numerous digital and analytics-related certifications. He has many years' experience in digital marketing strategy, creative concepting, cross-channel analytics and reporting, and integrated offline-online marketing.

Frechette also served in the United States Air Force as a broadcast journalist for the Armed Forces Radio and Television Networks, where he earned awards and recognition for radio and television production, programming and electronic journalism.
