KEENE — Keene police are investigating two robberies that occurred within hours of each other early Sunday.

Keene police issued a press release Sunday stating they are currently investigating reports of two “strong arm” robberies early Sunday morning in the area of Willow Street, within hours of one another. The release stated both victims described being approached by at least two male subjects and attacked, with the assailants taking an undetermined amount of money and other property from the victims.

Keene police said Sunday night they were unable release addresses where the robberies occurred, or exactly what time, but stated no serious injuries were sustained by the victims.

The cases are currently under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer Collier or Officer Corrigan at 357-9813.
