Junior Michael Vailas scored two touchdowns on punt returns and added another rushing TD to lead Bedford (2-0) past Manchester West, 61-0, in a Friday afternoon game at West.

Aaron Palys, Michael Collins and Conor Harrison chipped in with rushing touchdowns and Nick Vailas snagged an interception. Kicker Keelan McCool connected on seven PAT kicks. West fell to 0-2.

Division I

Nashua South 35, Alvirne 0: At Nashua on Friday afternoon, the Purple Panthers finished what they started on Thursday night. Nashua led 21-0 when Thursday's game was suspended midway through the third quarter by lightning.

Bishop Guertin 42, Dover 20: Dover made a run to pull within eight at 28-20 thanks to two touchdown runs from quarterback Derek Stegman in the fourth quarter, but Tom Hurley threw a 56-yard pass to Stavros Anagnost and Brandon Levesque added an eight-yard run to help BG (1-1) past Dover (0-2).

Levesque and Mike Devereaux staked Guertin to a 14-0 lead early. Dover got a 37-yard touchdown pass from Stegman to Eric Waddington to make it 14-8.

Spaulding 27, Timberlane 14: At Plaistow, Trey Scott and Tyler Snow led the Red Raider ground game and each scored a touchdown. Scott carried 23 times for 159 yards and Snow 17 for 102. Tyler Furey had 20 carries for 131 yards and a score for Timberlane.

Division II


Merrimack Valley 38, Kearsarge 0: Tucker Burt ran for three touchdowns and quarterback Ivan Niyomugabo ran for two more in the Pride’s shutout win. Tristan McNeel had two interceptions and Cole Martin had one for the Merrimack Valley defense.


Division III


Bow 49, Franklin 0: At Franklin, senior Travis Reynolds scored a pair of touchdowns and was 7-for-7 in conversion kicks to lead the Falcons. Chris Robbins also scored twice. The Falcons had seven rushing touchdowns. Franklin fell to 0-2.
