AT CENTER STAGE: Loren Barrigar and Mark Mazengarb, whose latest CD is titled “Onward,” team up for a Red and Shorty’s House concert at 8 p.m. Friday, at 4 Paul St., Dover. The duo’s music reflects thumb-picking techniques pioneered by guitar greats Merle Travis, Chet Atkins and Jerry Reed. The pair has performed throughout the United States and Europe.
