Featured fugitive found in Maine

CONCORD — “Fugitive of the Week” Todd Donlin, 38, was arrested in Bangor, Maine, this past weekend.
Donlin caught the attention of officers as a highly intoxicated pedestrian. He was initially detained by Bangor officers in protective custody to ensure his safety. After Donlin produced dentification, it was learned that he was a fugitive from New Hampshire.
The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office had requested the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force to find and arrest Donlin. Donlin was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for a probation violation, stemming from his original conviction and sentence on drug charges. On Aug. 15, Donlin was featured as the “Fugitive of the Week” on WTPL-FM, WMUR-TV, The New Hampshire Union Leader and the Nashua Telegraph and prominently featured on the Internet.
Donlin was to be held at the Penobscot County Jail as a fugitive from justice, pending his return to Rockingham County.
