Bedford, in its first season as a Division I school under the new NHIAA alignment, gained the No. 2 spot after stunning perennial Division I contender Pinkerton Academy of Derry, 14-12, Friday night.

Concord, which rolled over Manchester Central Saturday night, 35-6, is right behind Bedford, at No. 3.

Rounding out the top 10 are Nashua South, Pinkerton, Winnacunnet of Hampton, Keene, Trinity, Londonderry and Plymouth Regional. Merrimack and Bishop Guertin of Nashua also received votes.
