Police intervene on New Hampshire fugitive attempting to commit suicide at Mohegan Sun

They found the man cutting his wrists and attempting to hang himself with a belt, according to a news release. Officers intervened and provided medical attention to William Roy, 65, of Lebanon, N.H.
