No minutes found for nearly a third of Carroll County Commission non-public meetings
OSSIPEE — "I have learned over the last two weeks that our public and non-public minutes are a mess," said County Commissioner David Sorensen. And there it was, after spending many hours over the course of two weeks, Sorensen confirmed what the public who keep tabs on what is happening in county government already suspected.
