The U.S. Marshals Service District of New Hampshire/Joint Fugitive Task Force has named David Joseph Dionne as New Hampshire's fugitive of the week.

Dionne, 40, is wanted on a warrant from Concord police for failure to register as a sex offender. Dionne is required to maintain sex-offender registration because of a 2004 conviction for attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault. Dionne is 6-feet-2, 220 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair. He has tattoos on his arms, shoulders and hands. He was last known to be living in the Concord area, but his current whereabouts are unknown.

The U.S. Marshals Service advises the public not to attempt to apprehend a fugitive, who should be considered armed and dangerous. Instead, report any information to the U.S. Marshals Service's Concord office at 225-1632.
