Tips from the public are credited with the apprehension of a parolee featured as the current United States Marshals Service fugitive of the week.
Jose Garcia was arrested in Dover after authorities received tips from citizens who had seen Garcia identified as Fugitive of the Week in a Marshal's service feature that appears in the New Hampshire Union Leader and other media outlets.
