KEENE, N.H. - The owner of Baybutt Construction was arrested Thursday afternoon and is being held at Cheshire County House of Corrections for lack of $10,000 bail. Baybutt filed for personal bankruptcy in February after a number of projects for which Baybutt Construction was providing contractor services were halted due to lack of non-payment to sub-conctractors.
