C&S Wholesale Grocers Inc. of Keene is being recommended for a $100,000 grant to use Config Systems to train up to 450 employees in Oracle applications and ERP software. The company will match the grant with $150,150, exceeding the required one-to-one match.
New England Forest Products Inc. of Greenfield received a grant of $6,330 for training 15 employees in management and marketing, CPR, and hardwood grading at Nashua Community College, the Academy of First Responders and the National Hardwood Lumber Association.
Textiles Coated International of Manchester received a grant of $24,750 for training up to 180 employees in ISO 9001 and Enterprise Resource Planning software using New Hampshire Manufacturing Extension Partnership (NHMEP) and Timesoft Consulting LLC as trainers.Manchester-based Cellular Specialties Inc. received a Job Training Fund grant of $14,155 to provide training for 71 workers from NHMEP, Manchester Community College, Highly Trained Eye and Organization Performance Specialists in ISO 9001:2008, meeting facilitation, teambuilding/cross department communication and team problem solving respectively.
A grant of $28,625 was awarded to Turbocam International in Barrington and Dover for training up to 10 employees in operation and maintenance of machines and machine tools at its new manufacturing training facility.
